Mrs. Alice Hewitt, 82 of Quitman passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Hewitt was born July 15, 1936 to the late Frank & Geneva Brandt Leary.

Survivors include her children, Richard David Knoch, Jr. of Florida, Karen (Martin) Sapp of Quitman, Sandra (Doyle) Dean of Morven, Sharon Ledford of Thomaston, GA., and Nancy (Forest) Corn of Ogden, Utah; grandchildren, Jason Ausmus, Amanda Ausmus, John Venners, Jenna Velez, Elizabeth Knoch, Taylor Knoch, Kaytlin Knoch, Jacob Knoch, Gary Dean, Christopher Dean, Courtney Cain, Savannah Bloodworth, Kaitlyn Morris, Dustin Corn, Matthew Corn, and Alison Corn; several great grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Carol) Leary of MI, and Danny (Sharon) Leary of MI; one sister, Ardis Kurylczuk of MI. Mrs. Hewitt was preceded in death by one sister, Delrene Moran.

A memorial service may be held at a later time.
