Mr. Charlie Dell Vick, 69 of Quitman passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his residence.  Mr. Vick was born November 24, 1947 to the late Theodore & Mary Lee Bryant Vick.  He was a farmer before retiring and was a member of Quitman Church of God. 

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Vick of Quitman; children, Eddie (JoAnn) Vick of Ochlocknee, GA., William (Becky) Vick of Quitman, Robert Vick of Quitman, Raymond Vick of Quitman, Jeffery (Wanda) Vick of Quitman, and Bonnie Lynn Vick & Carl Jackson of Valdosta; grandchildren, Dezeray Vick, Raven Vick, Jennifer Roizer, Jasmine Vick, Jesse Vick, Justin Vick, Matt Riley, Asiaana Campbell, and Taylor Jackson; several great grandchildren; brothers, Edward Vick of Quitman, Theodore (Sue) Vick of Quitman, and Theo (Lynda) Vick of Dixie; nephews, Neal Jay West, Theodore Vick, Jr., George Allen Vick, Carlton DeWayne Vick, and Hank West; nieces, Lagay Sapp, Jamie Vick, Summer Arnold, Melissa Weldon, Juanita Cook, Michelle Hall, and Joyce Henderson; several great nieces and nephews.  Mr. Vick was preceded in death by his sister, LaFaye Vick West.

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 2.00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Chris Peterson officiating.  The family will be receiving friends Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Maxwell-Miller Funeral Home.
