Jace Jackson Obituary

Jace Bradford Jackson passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents, Carlos and Patricia Jackson of Adel; grandparents, Grace Powell of Norman Park and Karen Jackson of Ellenton. Jace was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benny and Jan Bradford.

A graveside service will be held Monday, April 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery Annex.
