Robert Miley Obituary

Mr. Robert Lee Miley, 74 of Hahira passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Miley was born October 26, 1943 to the late John David Miley & Robbie Nell Taylor Miley.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Miley of Hahira; children, Wayne Miley of Hahira, and Pam Miley of Hahira; grandson, Corey Miley; brother, Jimmy Miley of Hahira; three sisters, Patricia Tucker of Adel, Elizabeth Bailey of Adel, and Linda Goff of Sparks. Mr. Miley was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Miley; and four brothers, Johnny Miley, Joe Miley, Melvin Miley, and Vernon Miley.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Purvis Funeral Home with Elder Thad Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at Brushy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
