Bobby Collins

Mr. Bobby Collins, 82 of Cairo, formerly of Quitman passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Camellia Gardens in Thomasville. Mr. Collins was born January 8, 1940 to the late Avery & Mary Catledge Collins. He served in the National Guard and worked with Sears before retiring. 

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Collins of Cairo; son, Jeffrey Collins of Atlanta; stepsons, Kevin (Judy) Andrews of New Hamsphire, and Mike (Amy) Andrews of Colorado; sister, Jane Edmondson of Quitman; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Collins was preceded in death by his previous spouse, JoAnn Collins; sisters, Joanne Folsom, Mary Hancock, Helen Grubbs, Mattie Miller, and Ruth Miller; and brothers, Hubert Miller, Jack Collins, and Ralph Collins.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Arnold Hodum officiating.
