Chris was a little girl with a humongous heart, full of sunshine, she truly shined. She loved everyone she came in contact with and really enjoyed making friends. There is nothing she would not do for her friends, and she opened her heart to all of them. She was full of energy and her energy was very contagious. She was full of joy that there are no words for. Chris had a great imagination and if you played along it would take you to some really cool places. She enjoyed reading and her artistic capabilities had no end. Her love for animals and the outdoors was above and beyond. Her dog Sahara was given all the love and attention any dog could ever ask for. Chis loved the ocean and exploring the unknowns. She had a love for fishing, well she at least had a love of catching, and if they were not biting she really enjoyed playing with our bait. She enjoyed doing silly things like walking tad poles in a puddle with a net, asking for pet snakes, lizards, and such and asking questions, like can we talk in cursive? She enjoyed being herself whether it be walking upside down backwards on all fours folded in half, and believe me it's true, or just climbing up one side and down the other of her brothers. Chris loved her sister and brothers and looked up to each one of them. Looking through our photos of Chris was bittersweet. She was so incredibly happy and we had so many great memories everywhere, from the ocean to the woods, to cuddle time every night. There is a huge gaping hole in our homes and in our hearts where this brilliant, energetic, smiling, bundle of joy and sunshine used to be. We still feel her everywhere and her presence is very strong and in a sense calming, and that I believe is that little girl who wants to take care of everybody.
