Hazel White

Hazel White, 92 of Adel passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Southwell Health & Rehab. Hazel was born September 23, 1931 to the late Arthur Daniel "Doff" Goff & Mamie Bennett Goff. She loved the Lord very much and attended Ray City Holiness Church where she enjoyed the fellowship and listening to the singing. Hazel was fondly known for her delicious blueberry cake, biscuits, and many more desserts. She loved her African Gray bird "Sammy" that gave her a lot of enjoyment.

Survivors include her children, Ray (Linda) Rowan of Sparks, Danny James (Lisa) Kelly of Dublin, Ga, and Brenda Smith of Nashville; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren; and one brother, Charles Goff. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lamar White; and brother, Jimmy Goff.

Graveside service will be held Monday, April 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Walker officiating.
