Jim Aubrey Dillard

Mr. Jim Dillard, 84 of Sparks passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his residence. Mr. Dillard was born December 22, 1937 to the late Ollie Lee Dillard and Lucy Louvenia Coker Dillard. He retired from J P Stevens and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. He was the best daddy, he loved his family and he will be dearly missed. We all rejoice in knowing where he is.

Survivors include his children, Scott (Pam) Dillard of Adel, Greg (Tina) Dillard of Sparks, and Tammie (Curtis) Stafford of Lenox; five grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brother, Joey Dillard of Nashville; and sister, Lucy Inez Grace of Mass. Mr. Dillard was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Wiley Dillard; two grandchildren, David Lee Stafford, and Nicole Carlo; three brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:00 p m at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. John Werner officiating. Interment will follow at Lenox City Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
