Larry Wayne Ethridge

Mr. Larry Wayne Ethridge 73, of Quitman passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Zebulon Park Rehabilitation Facility in Macon. Mr. Ethridge was born August 31, 1946 to the late J. C. Ethridge and Gussie Dukes Ethridge. He served as a nurse for over 50 years and retired from Georgia War Veterans Home in 2018. Mr. Ethridge was a loving father and brother. He enjoyed watching the Braves, watching true crime shows, talking about the weather and going to concerts. He truly lived his life to the fullest and will be sorely missed by everyone he touched.

Survivors include his children, Kristie (Sam) Martinez, and Justin Ethridge (Rebecca Heramb); grandchildren, Ava Poole and Harrison Ethridge; siblings, Melba Ethridge Lovett, Buddy Ethridge and Sue Ethridge; nieces, Sally Taylor, Lynda Leigh Lovett, Amanda Hazzard; nephews, Jim Ethridge, and Wade Lovett.

A memorial service will be held Maxwell-Purvis Funeral Home on September 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
