Patricia Tharpe Obituary

Alice Spiller Tharpe, 78 of Quitman passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at her residence. Alice was born October 9, 1944 to the late Arthur Lee Spiller & Rosa Johnson Spiller. She was a seamstress and a CNA with a home health service. Alice was a loving and caring care giver.

Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Middleton of Hilliard, Fl, and Penelope (David) McGowan of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Joshua Walker, Jessica Matchuins, Michael Middleton, and Kathryn Middleton; great grandchildren, Anastasin Matchuins, Alexandra Matchuins, and Blake Welker; sister, Rebecca Jean Parten of Charlotte, N C; and one brother, Glenn (Dorma) Spiller. Alice was preceded in death by her two brothers, Theodore Spiller, and Samuel Spiller; and three sisters, Betty June Spiller, Polly Ann Spiller, and Jean Parten.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
