Peggy Robinson Obituary

Mrs. Peggy Robinson, 76 of Sparks passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Robinson was born October 22, 1943 to the late Bennett & Annie Scott Scarborough. She enjoyed watching western movies and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her children, James Edward Rowe of Sparks, Phillip Stuart Hobby of Atlanta, Peggy Sue (Bo) Box of Valdosta, Mary Ann (Robin) Chance of Sparks, and Cindy (Russell Welch) Paige of Lenox; grandchildren, Laura (Todd) Bullinger, Chris Box, Josh (Jenn Royals) Box, Breana (Austin Boone) Box, Maria (Cameron) Hardman, Keith (Tabitha) Jenkins, James (Jennifer) Chance, Danielle Paige, and Andy (Jessica) Paige; 17 great grandchildren; and two loving fur babies, Choloe, and Biscuit. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her brother, Drew Whitten and sisters, Myra Lee Brooks, Lenora Luke, and Mary Jo Lokey.

A private graveside service for immediate family only will be held Friday, April 3, 2020 at Springhill Church Cemetery with Rev. Ike Jefferson officiating.
